Jenna Marie Hansen is a San Francisco artist with a studio in the Hunter’s Point Shipyard. She focuses on continuous line work within figurative artworks to embody universal emotions in an effort to facilitate human connection. She plays with depth in her works by layering flat shapes with exposed linework to represent the energetics behind figures in multiple dimensions. 

Her lines seamlessly blend smooth confidence with shaky vulnerability in a single movement, representative of the transitory nature of multiple, complex emotions experienced simultaneously. She uses art as a form of self therapy and shares it with her audience in an effort to offer healing and connection.
